Q: What is an eBook?
A: An eBook, or electronic book, is a 100% digital product that you will download to your computer. The eBook can be read on the computer, much like reading a Word or WordPerfect document. Q: I am having trouble using my credit card, what may be the problem?
A: PayPal does not accept credit cards from every single country.
Q: Do you offer the eBook in any language other than English?
A: Not at this time.

Q: What if I have any concerns with my purchase?
A: If you have any problems with your purchase, you can email us at support {at] HowToPublishEbook1 {dot}com. We usually respond within three hours. Please remember to include your phone number in your email, so that we can follow up with a phone call.
Q: How do I get my eBook and files?
A: Click on the download link. Once the product is downloaded the software WinZip will open with the files in it. Click on the "Extract" icon and select a location on your computer, such as your desktop, to extract the files. This is similar to saving your files, so once complete you can go to the location where you saved the files to start using your products. Yes. Q: When will I receive my eBook and related products?
A: The eBook and related products will be available immediately after the payment is complete. You will automatically be taken to the download page.
Q: I didn't download the products right way and now I don't know what the web address (or URL) was. Where can I find the download page?
A: The download page was emailed to you when you made the purchase. Click on the link in the email or copy and paste it into your web browser and it will take you to the download page. WARNING: The download page is only available for 24 hours after your purchase, so please download ASAP. Please feel free to contact us if you have an issue, and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: Can I print my eBook for easier reading?
A: Yes. You can click on "File" and then "Print" and select your printer, or click on the printer icon.
Q: What currency do you accept?
A: Paypal accepts most currencies. Your credit card will pay in US Dollars and will convert the funds on your credit card. To determine the cost in your currency, you can go to http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic and follow the instructions.
Q: Can I share the eBook with friends?
A: The eBook is protected by the United States Copyrighting Laws. The eBook is protected with a security feature that does not permit the document to be emailed. The eBook may be printed for the buyer's personal use. The eBook cannot be posted on the Internet and may not be made available via download or any other method.
